Then we are looking for exactly you. Something special is emerging at Senevita Bernerrose:
a dementia oasis as well as additional inpatient care beds for people with dementia and a day program with comprehensive advice and support for those affected and their relatives.

As a charismatic doer, you will take on the development and operational management of this new dementia department – from the idea to lived practice.

• Further development of an innovative, person-centered dementia concept
• Design of a pioneering, vibrant dementia oasis with high quality of life in the care of people with dementia
• Identification of key trends and derivation of future needs for action and care models in the field of dementia
• Leadership, motivation, and development of an interdisciplinary team
• Close cooperation with relatives, specialist agencies, and involved partners
• Active participation in the Dementia Competence and Monitoring project (DeKoMo) by Health Promotion Switzerland for the prevention of complex disease courses in people with dementia as well as strengthening cooperation between nursing homes, geriatric psychiatry, and home care
• Development and implementation of services in care, activation, day structure, and counseling
• Co-design of processes, structures, and quality standards

• Training as a certified nurse HF/FH (tertiary level) or with a background in gerontopsychiatry or psychiatry
• Preferably with solid experience in the gerontopsychiatric environment or applied professional competence in the dementia field
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to take responsibility
  Enjoy supporting the daily care and support of our residents with dementia actively
• Spirit of innovation, courage to change, and joy in building new structures
  Interest in implementing, accompanying, and shaping something new – Dementia Competence Center and long-term care, short-term care, care oasis, and day/night care for people with dementia
