Technology Manager Zurich/Zug/Liechtenstein (m/f/d) - [A016194]
Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the operational management and governance of the entire IT environment
- Main contact for external IT service providers, managed service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring service quality based on SLA, KPI, and contract requirements
- Ensuring a stable, secure, and high-performance IT operation
- Managing and tracking incidents, service requests, problems, and changes
- Coordinating escalations and ensuring timely resolution
- Monitoring cyber security measures, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements
- Identifying, assessing, and escalating technological risks to management and CIO
- Close collaboration with business units to translate business requirements into IT solutions
- Supporting and accompanying IT projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Managing external partners in project implementations and change initiatives
- Ensuring proper documentation of IT services, assets, and processes
- Preparing management reports on service performance, risks, security, and projects
- Contributing to IT budget planning, cost control, as well as license and contract management
- Supporting audits, compliance reviews, and governance processes
Your Profile
- 7–12 years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally in financial services, family offices, investment management, or a regulated environment
- Experience managing managed service providers and external technology partners
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Good knowledge of IT service management (ITSM)
- Experience in IT governance, information security, and risk management
- Understanding of outsourcing models and third-party governance
- Experience in managing IT projects and transformation programmes
- Ability to present technical topics clearly to business stakeholders
- Confident handling of senior management and demanding stakeholders
- Very good German and English skills
The role requires regular presence 2-3 days per week in Liechtenstein. The remaining working time can be flexibly performed at the Zurich and Zug locations.
