• Ideal for someone with experience in system administration and networks who wishes to develop into a DevOps engineer in the coming years.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of Linux servers

• Integration of new subsystems and interfaces (packaging)

• Troubleshooting at application and network level

• Perform technical project management tasks

• Plan and prepare releases

• Support and help shape the team towards DevOps and agility

Requirements:

• Completed training as an IT specialist in system technology EFZ or higher/comparable qualification

• Good knowledge of Linux server administration/Unix (shell, tools)

• Security affinity, enthusiasm for technical IT security with a focus on authentication and authorisation

• Enjoyment in customer contact

• Independent, structured, and reliable working style as well as logical and analytical thinking

• Very good German and English skills
• Experience in Bash and Python scripting

• Experience with databases, especially Oracle and PostgreSQL

• Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS)

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

• Identity Access Management (IAM)

• Splunk

• Automation with Ansible

• Puppet
