- Coordinate the Swiss delegation at international climate negotiations
- Support the development of the Swiss position for international negotiations

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of study
- Ability for analytical thinking, quick comprehension and interest in international environmental diplomacy
- Organisational talent, flexibility, high resilience, pragmatic and reliable working style
- Active knowledge of a second official language and fluent in English
