• Organise and partly prepare content for international conferences and participate in them (partly virtual)
• Coordinate the Swiss delegation at international climate negotiations
• Support the development of the Swiss position for international negotiations

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of study
• Ability for analytical thinking, quick comprehension and interest in international environmental diplomacy
• Organisational talent, flexibility, high resilience, pragmatic and reliable working style
• Active knowledge of a second official language and fluent in English
