About the job
Are you an organisational talent with a passion for hospitality and enjoy working at night? Do you keep an overview even during quiet hours and are the reliable contact person for our guests? Then we are looking for you for our digital Service Centre at night!
Your mission with us:
- You process and monitor all incoming reservation requests during the night by telephone, e-mail, via OTA platforms and direct bookings.
- You are the central point of contact for our guests outside regular reception hours and provide telephone support for check-in questions or problems.
- You coordinate between our digital reception, our partner businesses as well as the housekeeping and commercial teams to ensure a smooth process.
- You carefully record, update and check reservations in the Property Management System (PMS).
- You monitor room availability and ensure optimal occupancy.
- You independently and solution-orientedly handle complex written enquiries and special cases.
- You ensure professional guest service – even without direct personal contact – and are the "voice of the house" at night.
Your qualities that inspire us:
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ in the hotel-gastro-tourism sector or as a hotel communication specialist EFZ.
- Initial experience in hotel reservations or front office, ideally in night shifts.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (e.g. Apaleo or comparable PMS).
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office as well as OTA extranets (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia).
- Professional telephone manner and a strong sense of hospitality – even at night.
- Independent, structured and responsible working style.
- High reliability and resilience during night hours.
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage.
