Your mission

You will be responsible for handling specific customer questions regarding ETEL products. You will support various customers and subsidiaries by phone or email; as well as various ETEL departments such as Sales and Production in resolving technical problems. You will become an expert on ETEL products and be in charge of commissioning customer systems, test benches and demonstration benches while providing support to the R&D department by collaborating on solving various issues. You will provide practical training to customers.

This role includes business travel of approximately 20%.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent
• Proven experience in analogue and digital electronics
• Knowledge of control and programming
• Good knowledge of the C programming language
• Experience or knowledge of direct drive technology is an advantage
• Fluency in French and English
