Introduction

On behalf of our client, a likeable, renowned and rapidly growing Spitex organisation (PA model) with a friendly corporate culture (workplace selectable between the city of Bern or the city of Zurich, central locations, parking spaces in front of the building, regular weekly working hours), we are looking for an experienced qualified nurse / BSc Nursing for the department and team management (PDL) to expand the team.

Type of Work

In this versatile role, you will lead a collegial team of specialists (qualified nurses and qualified health professionals) who take on case management and care planning for the support including preventive assistance of clients at home. You will take responsibility for the nursing team including recruitment, coaching and staff development. You coordinate with the internal service the optimal deployment and resource planning as well as the overarching control of nursing processes (supervision of case management). You plan the nursing services across the board including supervision during needs assessments, target setting for the qualified nurses/healthcare assistants and caregiving relatives (PA) who care for patients on site. You also provide occasional support in case management and coordination with health insurance companies and advise the teams. In close cooperation with management, you coordinate the monitoring and further development of nursing, hygiene and safety standards. Together with your teams, you ensure optimal delivery of nursing services and client care. As a communicative personality, you find active collaboration and information exchange with various contacts (management, care team, external bodies such as health insurers or authorities) easy. Requirements Profile

To be successful in this exciting job, you have completed the qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent further education and have preferably additionally trained (e.g. NDS Medical or Business Administration, Leadership). You have already gained versatile practical experience in leadership, case management and coordination in the nursing sector (ideally including Spitex, possibly with PA model). You enjoy communicating with a wide variety of contacts, accompanying nursing cases with your teams and building a professional relationship based on trust. You work with a high degree of independence, are well organised and have great empathy as well as a healthy sense of humour.
