Application Manager - KIS/KISIM (m/f/d)
The ROCKEN partner is an independent, university competence centre for paediatrics and adolescent medicine as well as for teaching and research. Around 900 employees dedicate themselves daily with their commitment and professional and scientific expertise to the medical care of patients. Thanks to the passion of the staff for their work, it is possible to maintain hospital operations at a high quality level.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the operation and further development of the KISIM from Cistec
You collaborate with specialist departments and in interdisciplinary projects
You implement technical requirements, changes and releases in cooperation with the specialist departments
You handle 2nd-level incidents and coordinate suppliers in 3rd-level support
You support key users, create documentation and participate in specialist groups
Qualifications:
You have a university degree in computer science or medical informatics and an interest in the clinical environment
You bring at least 3 years of professional experience as well as knowledge in project work and 2nd-level support
You ideally know KISIM and clinical information systems as well as HL7 and FHIR
You work in a structured, solution-oriented, customer- and service-oriented manner and enjoy working in a team
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
