• Development of real estate projects from the initial idea to construction readiness
• Preparation and evaluation of usage and development concepts considering architectural, economic, and sustainable aspects
• Creation of feasibility studies, profitability analyses, and variant comparisons
• Review of relevant building and planning law framework conditions

• Coordination of project development in collaboration with architects, specialist planners, authorities, and other project partners
• Support and evaluation of planning variants, study assignments, and competition procedures
• Management and monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality, and project progress
• Preparation of decision-making bases and project reporting

• Review and assessment of plots and existing properties as well as participation in the acquisition of new development projects
• Professional support of marketing in collaboration with the internal team

• Degree in architecture or civil engineering or a real estate-specific qualification with relevant further training, e.g. in real estate development, valuation, or economics
• Professional experience in the development of real estate projects
• Good knowledge of the Swiss real estate market and building and planning law
• Good understanding of economic viability and planning processes as well as a sense for architecture
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style with strong communication skills
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
