To further drive our growth, we are looking for you as Project Manager Real Estate Development.

Your role – responsibility and scope for design

As Project Manager Real Estate Development, you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of four to five projects. You are significantly involved in the successful implementation of our real estate projects and work closely with the departments of acquisition, marketing and realisation.

Your tasks:

• Strategic project development: You lead the development of our new-build projects from the initial idea to building readiness and handover to realisation.
• Usage concept: Close collaboration with the acquisition and marketing departments to develop market-oriented usage concepts and to identify and evaluate suitable building plots in the Lake Zurich region.
• Profitability: You prepare and manage project-related profitability calculations, liquidity and scheduling plans interdisciplinarily involving marketing and realisation. In doing so, you ensure the economic viability of our projects and continuously optimise the return.
• Project control & team leadership: You lead and manage interdisciplinary internal and external project teams as well as authorities and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Communication: Through your strong communication skills, you inspire external partners, neighbours, the team and management and actively lead solutions.
• Quality & sustainability: You ensure that our construction projects meet our architectural, functional and sustainable quality standards.

Your profile – what you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in real estate development, ideally with a focus on condominium ownership
• Completed studies with solid knowledge in architecture, general planning, construction or planning law
• Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a strong understanding of economic contexts
• Team-oriented and communicative personality with a structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
