HR and Finance Employee 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Management of the entire recruitment process from the job advertisement to forwarding to decision-makers

• Personnel administration including the creation of employment contracts, references and communication with authorities

• First point of contact for employees on HR topics and conducting regular catch-up meetings

• ? Optimisation of internal processes and revision of employment contracts, NDAs and regulations

• ? Management of time and absence recording tools as well as travel management platform

• Collaboration in marketing including the development and maintenance of the company-wide intranet

• Preparation and archiving of annual financial statement documents

• Periodic review of VAT returns for various countries

• Support of international subsidiaries and handling of bid processes

• Fleet administration including insurance matters

• Ad-hoc projects in the areas of finance, marketing and digitalisation

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position

• ? Enthusiasm for a varied range of tasks

• Solution-oriented and precise working

• Assertiveness and resilience

• ? Very good German and English skills, French skills an advantage

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, ERP knowledge in pro Alpha or comparable ERP system an advantage

• Team player mentality
