Job Description
- Record stay data, prepare administrative documents, organise patient admissions and appointments
- Transmit clear and reliable administrative, financial, and medical data for effective booking management
- Participate in operating theatre scheduling
- Processing and follow-up of coverage guarantees
- Answer phone calls, inform patients, assist medical offices, direct calls and respond to emails
- Scanning and archiving
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- At least two years of professional experience within a Swiss insurance company or a hospital admissions department
- Diploma in administrative secretarial work or commercial employee CFC
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Native French speaker with at least B1 level English proficiency (written and oral communication)
- Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail and prioritisation
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Discretion, confidentiality, and patient service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Desired qualifications:
- Experience with Opale software is a major advantage
- Proficiency in another language appreciated
- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and insurance procedures
- Experience in appointment scheduling and patient coordination
- High adaptability in fast-paced environments
