For our location in St. Gallen, we are looking for a strong leadership personality with solid experience in property management. You know the operational business, lead with conviction and combine your expertise with entrepreneurial thinking.

Your area of responsibility:

• You lead our property management team professionally and personally – with clarity, drive and commitment
• You manage the St. Gallen site operationally, personnel-wise and entrepreneurially
• You acquire new clients, expand your network and sustainably develop the St. Gallen site

What you bring – professionally and personally:

• Several years of practical experience in the real estate sector, ideally in a leadership role
• Solid training in the real estate field, e.g. real estate trustee or similar
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and a sense of responsibility
• Openness, leadership strength and a good instinct for people
• Enjoyment in leading, promoting people and achieving success together
