As part of the long-term expansion of the ERP team, we are looking for an experienced individual for anica as an ERP Consultant specialising in Finance and HR, who combines sound expertise with consulting competence and accompanies customers on their path to digital transformation.

Your challenge

You accompany SME customers throughout the entire project cycle and are the central contact person for all questions concerning finance or HR processes within the ERP landscape. You are responsible for the following areas:

• Analysis & Consulting
  • Analysis and optimisation of finance or HR processes at customers
  • Gathering requirements and developing practical solution concepts
  • Consulting on the introduction and further development of ERP solutions
  • Long-term support of existing customers and their systems
• ERP Implementation & Process Design
  • Parameterisation and configuration of the ERP solution
  • Support of migrations and introduction of new modules
  • Close collaboration with software development and internal specialists
  • Conducting workshops and user training sessions
• Customer Support & Further Development
  • Building long-term customer relationships
  • Participation in demanding ERP projects in the SME environment
  • Active shaping and continuous further development of existing solutions

Your qualities and talents

• Technical education at HF, FH or university level (BSc/MSc) in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
• At least three to five years of professional experience in a comparable role in the ERP environment
• Sound understanding of finance, payroll and/or HR processes
• Experience with ERP systems such as Infoniqa, Abacus or comparable solutions
• Enjoyment of consulting and optimising business processes
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent German and understanding of Swiss German; French skills are an advantage
