Our client in the mandate relationship is not distinguished by its size or affiliation to a larger healthcare chain, but rather stands out from the market through its longevity, owner management and quality. For this established and renowned general practice in the USTER AREA and due to a long-term planned structural adjustment, I have been commissioned to search for a versatile, socially competent and experienced personality.
Senior MPA as PRACTICE MANAGER 80 – 100 % (m/f)
Your tasks:- Conceptual and operational management of the small practice team in professional and organisational terms (including trainee supervision)
- Responsibility for appointment and emergency management as well as coordination of all administrative processes
- Active participation in clinical daily routine (blood sampling, injections, ECG, lung checks, blood pressure, digital X-rays as well as general laboratory work)
- Control and management regarding the tariff system (billing according to TARDOC, outpatient flat rates) as well as quality management (hygiene, medical devices, etc.)
- Interactive collaboration in various projects in the practice and close exchange with practice management, participation in training and further education offers
- Solid training in the medical field (e.g. MPA EFZ or comparable courses) with possible further training professionally and/or in business administration
- Many years of practice experience and sound medical know-how as a Medical Practice Assistant and preferably with initial leadership experience or the desire and potential for it
- Proven medical activity in a versatile, challenging and socially competent environment with flat hierarchy and self-initiative
- Confident handling of practice software (Aeskulap, Microsoft) as well as the current tariff system TARDOC, general marketing knowledge desirable
- Experienced, professional, sociable, value-oriented and socially competent personality, residence in the greater Zurich Oberland region (no home office possible)
