Family Support Specialist 40%
Starting 1 August 2026 or by arrangement
Your responsibilities:
• You organise the daily life and leisure time of the children and young people in the residential group Vento – together with them and their parents/legal guardians.
• You work participatively and cooperatively with the family systems.
• You act systemically and solution-oriented, openly and respectfully towards different life worlds.
• You demonstrate educational presence, relationship orientation and creativity in everyday life.
• You actively contribute to internal collaboration and communication.
• You participate in departmental tasks, working groups and project work.
• As a creative and reliable personality, you make a committed contribution to success in everyday life, a good atmosphere and the joint development of the organisation and the department.
Your profile:
• Qualification as a certified childcare specialist (EFZ)
• Professional experience working with children and young people
• Reliable personality
• Professional conduct with a systemic and solution-oriented attitude, openness and respect towards other life worlds
• Willingness to work irregular hours and high flexibility in work planning (including weekends, evenings and nights)
