Introduction

On behalf of our client, a renowned technology company (500+ employees) with international group affiliation, we are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner for the location Zurich or Pfäffikon SZ (both optionally possible, central train station location, parking available and 1-2 days home office possible), starting immediately or by arrangement.

Type of Work

In this versatile role, you will take on the area responsibility as HRBP for your business units (production/industry/research) at various locations of our client in the Zurich area as well as Central Switzerland (approx. 150 employees). You will be active in diverse HR fields (consulting, support, personnel planning, recruitment, personnel development, etc.) and be the competent contact person for your line managers throughout the entire HR lifecycle. You will also be active in HR projects and change management and take on coordination tasks regarding occupational health management. In your role, you will be supported by a friendly HR service and payroll team and report directly to the Head of HR. Requirements Profile

To master this exciting challenge optimally, you bring further training as a personnel specialist or a degree with a focus on HR. You can already demonstrate several years of experience in a similar HR function (e.g. HR Manager, HRBP), which you have ideally gained in the technology and/or industrial environment (ideally including production). As a versatile HR BP, you bring practical experience in all facets of the HR lifecycle (including recruiting, support, personnel development, project work) and proactively live the HRBP concept to generate corresponding added value for the business. You communicate confidently in German and can also communicate well in English. You are proficient in MS Office applications and also have good HRIS knowledge (ideally SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors).
