What you can contribute

• Develop decision-making bases for the Cyber Command leadership team and the superior authority
• Manage and control the integral risk portfolio (operations) in close coordination with Audit Management in Cyber Command
• Plan and coordinate based on the risk management assessments, evaluate and prioritise risks, and monitor the implementation of risk mitigation measures together with the line managers
• Advise and support the Head of Cyber Command, the leadership team, the line, and the heads of specialist departments on risk-related issues and the application of risk management methods
• Further develop the risk management process with the GRC approach (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and promote a sustainable risk culture within Cyber Command
• Represent Cyber Command actively in specialist committees and working groups of the superior authority as well as with relevant partners

What makes you unique

• University/University of Applied Sciences degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration or specialised further training in risk and/or audit management with several years of functionally relevant experience
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as experience in preparing management reports and decision-making bases
• Convincing communication, presentation and consulting skills as well as experience in working with different stakeholders
• A military background as an officer in the Swiss Army, with deployments in the staff of a large unit or comparable leadership or staff role, is an advantage
