Locomotive Staff Examination Expert
What awaits you:
- Responsibility for fair examinations in real railway operations
- Co-design of modern and economical examination processes
- Close collaboration with specialist departments in the railway and training environment
- Participation in incident analyses with direct impact on safety
- You actively contribute your expertise to projects related to railway operations
What you bring:
- Training as a locomotive driver in passenger or freight transport and willingness to acquire further necessary knowledge
- Experience as an examination expert or instructor in training is an advantage
- Further education in adult education or coaching – or willingness to develop in this area
- Calm, appreciative communication to convey security and trust in examination situations
- Very good German and French skills – you are confident in both languages, spoken Italian is an advantage
