We are looking for a committed and solution-oriented individual who is ready to take on a leadership position. The diverse sector includes the Winterthur and Schaffhausen patrol areas as well as deployment support.Sector Manager Operations 100% Patrols (m/f/d)
What you can achieve:
- Professional and operational leadership of a team of 15-25 employees
- Ensuring professional execution of customer orders
- Responsibility for compliance with processes, guidelines and quality standards
- Promotion and development of your employees through targeted leadership and regular qualification discussions
- Support in the training and further education of new and existing employees
- Independent handling of productive deployments in your sector (including night shifts)
- Representation of Securitas AG (Winterthur branch) towards internal and external contacts
What you bring:
- Ideally, you hold the Swiss Federal Certificate in Security, Justice or Police
- Assertive, structured and communicative personality with good manners
- High commitment and dedication to common goals
- Organisational talent, flexibility and resilience, even in hectic situations
- Swiss citizenship or C / B EUFTA permit
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Mobility (driving licence and own vehicle)
- Very good physical condition (willingness to participate in self-defence training)
- Good administrative and IT skills
