What you can contribute to

• Analyse needs with specialised teams, design and implement specific structures for IT operations and services
• Ensure monitoring and optimisation of all maintenance and licence contracts related to the IT products and services used
• Control the agreed SLAs and OLAs from the perspective of availability and performance of services, systems, networks and applications
• Lead IT projects and other implementations, from design to acceptance, including realisation and commissioning
• Take responsibility for the operational management of IT systems as well as the steering and coordination of external IT service providers

What makes you unique

• Degree in business informatics from a university, university of applied sciences or higher education institution, complemented by training in IT project management with IPMA level C or PMI certification, and project management experience
• Experience in implementing and operating service and operations management systems, as well as managing the lifecycle of virtualised IT environments
• Experience in delivering IT projects, including replacing existing infrastructures and procuring services from external IT providers
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft, VMware, Veeam and ManageEngine products as well as HPE hardware
• Good knowledge of a second official language and knowledge of English

Actively participate in designing modern IT environments in the field of technical building management, from operations to continuous development. In this varied role, you will ensure the proper delivery of IT services for our core home automation IT infrastructure and apply your expertise to exciting projects concerning infrastructures and their development.
