Team Leader Corporate Actions (m/f/d)
The main tasks include the professional and personnel management of the Corporate Actions team as well as ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You are responsible for the correct and timely processing of corporate actions and ensure high quality in the area of securities data and other securities-related master data. At the same time, you actively participate in daily business, support your team with complex issues and consistently drive the optimisation, automation and digitalisation of existing processes. In doing so, you also accompany the introduction of new solutions in case and event management and take on a versatile key role around
Securities, processes, digitalisation
As a basis, you bring a banking or commercial apprenticeship as well as solid experience in the area of corporate actions and securities data. You have a good technical understanding, are hands-on and navigate confidently in demanding operational processes. As a resilient and confident personality, you communicate clearly, provide orientation and know how to win over different personalities for change. A quick grasp, assertiveness as well as an independent and precise way of working complete your profile. You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
