Head of Fund Operations (m/f/d)
In this versatile leadership role, you are jointly responsible with your four-member team for compliance with all custodian bank and depositary duties. The focus is on the plausibility check of net asset values (NAV), the control of investment limits and unit transactions as well as reconciliation, liquidity monitoring and regulatory requirements (UCITSG, AIFMG). You accompany new fund mandates, are responsible for reporting and represent the bank's interests vis-à-vis external fund managers and asset managers. In addition to leading and further developing your team, you actively drive the optimisation, standardisation and digitalisation of existing processes.
Expertise meets assertiveness
For this demanding role, you have a higher education in business administration, finance, banking or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in the fund business and sound knowledge of the relevant fund regulations. Experience in custodian banking or with depositary duties is an advantage. You recognise complex interrelationships, critically question facts and convince through resilience, assertiveness and diplomatic skill in dealing with external business partners. A structured, precise way of working as well as openness to change characterise you. Initial leadership experience is welcome but not a prerequisite.
