Do you want to shape the digital workplace of tomorrow? As a Workplace Architect, you combine cloud technology, security, collaboration, and automation into modern work platforms and accompany companies on their journey to an intelligent digital workplace.
Responsibilities:
Development of strategic concepts for modern digital workplace landscapes
Architecture and optimisation of cloud-based Microsoft platforms
Design of secure collaboration and communication environments
Development of concepts for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and other cloud services
Building modern identity and access architectures
Planning and support of complex cloud migrations and tenant transformations
Definition of technical standards for governance, security, and compliance
Development of automated processes for administration and user lifecycle management
Integration of Microsoft 365 with business applications and third-party systems
Design of adoption and change strategies for new workplace technologies
Technical consulting of stakeholders on cloud and workplace decisions
Support of projects from the architecture phase to successful implementation
Evaluation of new Microsoft technologies and assessment of their potential for modern work models
Qualifications:
Higher education in computer science, cloud engineering, business informatics, or comparable qualification
Solid professional experience in the Microsoft 365 or modern workplace environment
Very good knowledge of cloud identity and Microsoft Entra ID
Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online
Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and Microsoft 365 governance
Experience with security concepts such as Zero Trust, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection
Ideally knowledge of Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, or Power Platform
Experience with cloud migrations and complex technical rollouts
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and drive projects in a structured manner
Independent, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious working style
Enthusiasm for Microsoft technologies and continuous technological development
