Tasks

• You independently, confidently and professionally carry out the planned nursing and care tasks, including the care of residents with tracheostomy cannula/ventilation.
• You shape the daily life of the residents and conduct individual and group activities taking into account appropriate methods and available resources.
• You maintain a professional and respectful approach with relatives and are committed to working with them.
• You are proficient in using electronic nursing documentation and apply this tool correctly.
• You organise your workflows independently, logically and efficiently and make your own decisions within your area of competence.

Profile

• Good German language skills, spoken and written, including Swiss dialect
• A responsible, reliable and precise way of working
• Very good IT skills, preferably with experience in nursing applications
• A completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• A heart and great understanding for our residents

Salaries for nursing and therapeutic professions have been increased to strengthen these professional groups. The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 70,300 to CHF 93,936 (100%) depending on experience.
