Client Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Salary - CHF60,000 - 750,000

Role:

  • You independently maintain and support the IT infrastructure of our customers on site.

  • Work in the support team and monitor the systems.

  • Support with Office products and peripherals.

  • Expansion of technical documents.

  • Coordination between customer IT and our extended support.

  • Accompany projects and coordinate with internal teams.


Responsibilities:

  • You have completed IT training or are a career changer with experience in this field.

  • You bring expertise in virtualisation, Windows/Office, Windows Server and Active Directory.

  • Willingness to travel with a driving licence.

  • Very good German skills, good English skills
