Tasks
- Deputy team leadership
- Accompanying, caring for and supporting clients with cognitive or psychological impairments in the complex life design of the living and leisure area
- Key worker activities
- Implementing and applying the Agogik framework concept
- Cooperation with relatives, legal representatives and external specialist agencies
- Helping with daily household chores
- Administrative tasks
Profile
- Training in social pedagogy (HF/FH)
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Willingness to work irregular hours, on-call sleeping, weekend shifts
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Driver's license category B
