Senior Modern Workplace Consultant (m/f/d)
Role:
Digital Collaboration: Designing modern communication and collaboration solutions based on Microsoft 365.
Consulting with Impact: Supporting clients as sparring partners, project partners, and coaches.
Transformation: Connecting technology, organisation, and people.
Responsibility: Taking on own topics and projects and actively contributing expertise to the team.
Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365: Designing and implementing sophisticated collaboration and intranet solutions
Consulting: Advising professionals and decision-makers on an equal footing
Workshops: Planning and confidently moderating workshops with users and decision-makers
Project Management: Responsibility from proposal creation through requirements and implementation to deployment
Transformation: Supporting clients in digital transformation projects
Change Management: Assisting with organisational changes and adoption of new ways of working
Team: Sharing expertise and supporting the professional development of colleagues
Portfolio: Shaping and further developing the consulting and solution offerings
Qualifications:
Microsoft 365: Several years of experience in consulting and implementation
Technologies: SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Viva
Modern Work: Deep understanding of modern working methods, governance, adoption, and information architecture
Project Management: Experience in leading agile projects
Consulting: Solid experience in consulting, change management, and transformation
Client Presence: Confident and convincing presence at professional and decision-making levels
Communication: Ability to convey complex topics clearly and bring together different stakeholders
Languages
German: Very good knowledge
English: Good knowledge
