- You receive orders, process them independently and ensure correct and complete documentation
- You complete your tasks on time and independently

- You work closely with your team as well as with internal interfaces and show motivation for your personal and professional development
What you bring with you
- A completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant, druggist, MPA, FAGE or businesswoman / businessman with essential experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Strong PC and software skills (Microsoft Office, CRM Dynamics) as well as very high system and ERP affinity (SAP advantageous)
- Customer service experience, pronounced service orientation as well as clear communication, empathy and patience.
- You have very good German skills (native or equivalent) and very good French and/or Italian skills
- A structured, careful and process-oriented way of working is natural for you
- Team spirit, flexibility as well as a high willingness to learn, especially in phases of change
