Your area of responsibility
- Support of the Swiss headquarters in all HR matters as well as close cooperation with the Head Group HR in group-wide HR projects
- Professional support of the HR team in administrative HR processes along the entire employee life cycle, especially in entries and exits, ensuring a high-quality personnel administration as well as the control and plausibility check of the monthly payroll processing etc.
- Responsibility for demanding recruitments of specialists and executives
- Implementation of HR processes as well as active shaping of digitalisation in HR
- Deputising for the Head Group HR during their absence
Your profile
- Advanced training in Human Resources Management (e.g. HR specialist certificate, university of applied sciences, university or comparable education)
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner in a Swiss industrial company
- Experience in advising managers as well as in operational and conceptual human resources management
- Knowledge in project management as well as enthusiasm for further development and optimisation of HR processes
- High initiative, structured working method and pronounced service orientation
- Communicative, winning personality with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Place of residence: Northwestern Switzerland
