YOUR TASKS AND PROSPECTS
- Independent organisation of the station
- Preparation of the daily mise en place
- Ensuring the highest food quality, preparation and serving of meals during lunch and dinner service
- Implementation of medical prescriptions and recognising the needs of guests and patients (allergies, diets, etc.)
- Independent placing of orders and menu planning for the diet kitchen
- Participation in the training of apprentices and staff training
- Conducting coordination meetings with our nutritional counselling
- Conducting consultation talks with patients
- Co-responsible for hygiene in the kitchen
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed professional training as a chef EFZ, diet cook mandatory
- Several years of professional experience in hospitality or healthcare facilities
- Independent, resilient and reliable personality with organisational talent and assertiveness
