Do you enjoy explaining, presenting with enthusiasm, and have fun teaching people new things? Are you communicative, like working independently, and interested in digital solutions? Then we have an exciting role for you!

For our point-of-sale system Payyap, we are looking for a committed individual to accompany, inspire, and keep our customers proficient with our system through regular webinars.

It’s not just about giving presentations. You show our customers what Payyap can do, how to use the functions optimally, and what new features our monthly software updates bring.

The special thing: You independently design your webinars – from planning through preparation to execution. You have plenty of creative freedom and can contribute your own ideas.

Since 1933, we have been at the forefront of the times! Baldegger+Sortec AG is one of the leading Swiss providers of modern point-of-sale systems and payment solutions. Our solutions are used in gastronomy, hospitality, retail, and communal catering.

With around 35 employees from administration, sales, technology, development, and support, we work together to ensure everything runs smoothly for our customers.

With Payyap, we offer a modern point-of-sale system that supports our customers in their daily business and is continuously developed. To enable our customers to fully exploit the potential of our software, we want to expand our training and webinar offerings.

Your tasks

You are the contact person when it comes to introducing our customers to the possibilities of Payyap and supporting them in the optimal use of our software.

• Plan webinars: You design and organise regular online webinars on various topics around our Payyap point-of-sale system.
• Conduct webinars: You independently moderate and present the webinars and guide our customers clearly through the various functions.
• Explain functions: You show our customers practical tips, helpful functions, and ways to make their workday more efficient with Payyap.
• Present updates: Every month there is a major software update. You prepare the new features and present the most important functions and improvements.
• Prepare content: You create presentations, examples, and suitable training materials for your webinars.
• Inspire customers: You convey your knowledge in an understandable and likeable way and ensure that our customers take real added value from the webinars.
• Further development: You contribute your own ideas and continuously develop our webinar and training offerings.

What you bring

• You enjoy explaining things to people and conveying knowledge clearly.
• You are communicative, strong in presentations, and enjoy speaking in front of people – also in front of the camera.
• You have an independent and structured way of working.
• You can explain technical functions simply and understandably.
• You have a good grasp and are interested in software and digital solutions.
• You are creative and enjoy designing webinars and presentations attractively.
• You are reliable, customer-oriented, and like to work independently.
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
