Site Manager Maintenance and Industrial Cleaning.

Your new challenge:

For a technically demanding cleaning site in an industrial environment, we are seeking a responsible, digitally savvy individual as Site Manager. In this role, you will take operational leadership of a team of 5–12 employees and actively participate in on-site cleaning.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Leading and scheduling a team of 5–12 employees
• Daily participation in cleaning (a fixed part of your duties)
• Ensuring cleaning quality through systematic checks and documentation
• Communication with the client and point of contact for operational matters
• Planning, implementation, and billing of additional assignments
• Monitoring electronic time recording
• Independently managing, maintaining, and analysing the digital FM tool
• Ordering and managing consumables
• Training new employees and ongoing support in daily operations
• Identifying and implementing optimisation and cost-saving potentials
• Willingness to work on weekends (7-day operation) if operationally necessary

What you bring:

• Proven experience in a comparable role in building cleaning
• Solid expertise in maintenance and/or industrial cleaning
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong affinity for digital tools and enjoyment in their consistent use
• Organisational talent, leadership skills, and solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to actively participate – not only during shortages but regularly
