To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a committed and independent individual to support us in IT operations and actively shape the digital development of Affoltern Hospital.

Your tasks

• Together with our IT team and external partners, you ensure a stable, secure, and reliable operation of our IT infrastructure
• You take on 2nd-level support for technical questions regarding our IT systems and applications and support 1st-level support if needed
• You analyse technical faults, develop sustainable solutions, and independently implement improvements
• You actively participate in IT projects and take responsibility for sub-projects
• You assist us in the further development, standardisation, and optimisation of our IT landscape

Your profile

• You have training or further education in computer science or possess a comparable qualification
• You have solid practical experience in IT support (1st and 2nd level) as well as in handling IT infrastructures
• You are well versed in Windows environments and ideally have experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and gladly take on responsibility
• You are service-oriented, communicative, and have a pronounced hands-on mentality
• You enjoy familiarising yourself with new technologies and applications
• Experience in participating in or leading IT projects is an advantage
• You communicate very well in German, both orally and in writing
