What you bring
- Completed technical vocational training or comparable technical education
- IV retraining entitlement in the field of work education (confirmation must be attached)
- Empathetic, socially competent, reliable and independent personality with good powers of observation * Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office)
What you can achieve
- Leadership, care and guidance of 10 to 15 employees with intellectual, physical or psychological impairments
- Execution and planning of production orders as well as ensuring timely and high-quality completion. An optimal utilisation of workplaces is always ensured - taking into account the individual capacity of the supervised employees
- Creation of work instructions and user manuals
- Setting up machines and equipment for the assigned orders
- Conducting periodic assessments, documenting observations in the ERP system and ensuring absence management
