Your tasks
- Competent and solution-oriented advice to our customers by telephone and e-mail
- Preparation of customised offers as well as active follow-up to successfully win orders
- Independent order processing from the first customer enquiry to on-time delivery
- Active market cultivation and maintenance of sustainable customer relationships
Your qualities
- Commercial basic training or technical apprenticeship with corresponding commercial further training
- Experience in internal sales; knowledge in the areas of fastening technology, machines and tools
- Confident handling of common IT applications, especially MS Office and SAP
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Team player mentality, flexibility and enjoyment in celebrating successes together in a dynamic and motivated team
