Customer Service Representative (60 - 80%)
PharmaFocus is a full-service wholesaler delivering to independent pharmacies throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Since its foundation, the company has aimed to promote and maintain the profession of pharmacist as an independent entrepreneur. The partnership established in 2013 with the German pharmacists' cooperative NOWEDA strengthens PharmaFocus in its mission and generates sustainable synergies for its customers and employees. 170 employees work in the healthcare sector at PharmaFocus across its two sites in Münchenstein (BL) and Romont (FR).
At the heart of the relationship with our client pharmacies
In this varied role, you will ensure professional and reliable support for our client pharmacies and contribute to the smooth running of the daily activities of our customer service. In direct contact with our customers and in close collaboration with various internal departments, you will handle requests and orders with rigour, efficiency and a solution-oriented approach.
Your area of responsibility
- Professional handling of our clients by telephone and email
- Receipt and processing of orders
- Entry and updating of orders in our system
- Handling and follow-up of customer complaints
- Carrying out various administrative and organisational tasks within the team
- Close collaboration with different internal departments to ensure efficient processing of customer requests
- Availability to work one Saturday per month
Your profile
- Completed training as a pharmacy assistant, druggist or equivalent qualification
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical field
- Confidence in telephone and written communication with customers
- Strong service orientation and a structured, rigorous and reliable working method
- Excellent knowledge of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of German and/or Italian is an advantage
- Good command of MS Office tools; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Team spirit and enjoyment in collaborating with various interlocutors
