ICT Supporter (60-80%) for 6 Months Temporary

To temporarily strengthen our existing team, we are looking for a committed individual as a ICT Supporter.

Your tasks:

• You are the first point of contact for IT concerns – by phone, remote access, or directly on site.
• You take on 1st-level support and ensure a quick and straightforward resolution of IT issues.
• You set up workstations and install hardware and software.
• You manage network printers as well as multimedia devices and ensure their smooth operation.
• Together with your team colleagues, you take on on-call duties to ensure our IT functions reliably outside office hours.

What we expect from you:

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, initial professional experience in ICT support.
• Good knowledge of user management as well as experience with Active Directory and common Microsoft environments.
• Experience with the ERP Perigon is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Very good German skills and good French skills.
• A service-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused working style.
• You keep an overview and work in a structured manner even in hectic situations.
