- Documenting faults and solutions in the ticket system
- Installing and configuring hardware and peripheral devices
- Performing 1st and 2nd level support activities
- Supporting users with technical hardware and software problems
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support required
- Independent and solution-oriented working style with high service quality
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- French language skills at least at A2 level are necessary
- Work in a young and motivated IT team
- Modern IT infrastructure and contemporary technical equipment available
- Flexible working arrangements with a large degree of personal scope for design
- Structured induction in an uncomplicated working environment
Tasks
- Handling incoming IT requests via various communication channels- Documenting faults and solutions in the ticket system
- Installing and configuring hardware and peripheral devices

Profile
- Completed training as an ICT specialist or comparable qualification- Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support required
- Independent and solution-oriented working style with high service quality
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- French language skills at least at A2 level are necessary
