For our client, we are looking for a motivated and reliable individual as a Machine Operator Flexographic Printing (m/f/d). In this exciting role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring modern printing machines and will make an important contribution to high-quality production.
Your Tasks
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring printing machines and production equipment
- Ensuring a smooth production process
- Conducting quality checks according to specifications
- Documenting production steps and results
- Cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs of the equipment
- Adhering to safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines
- Contributing to process optimisations and continuous improvements
Your Profile
- Completed technical or craft training, ideally in the printing sector
- Professional experience as a machine operator in an industrial production environment is an advantage
- Technical understanding and enjoyment in working with modern machines
- Careful, reliable, and quality-conscious working style
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work shifts
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
