IT Support Specialist
To support our Global IT team, we are looking for a personality at the Langenthal site to start immediately or by arrangement as
IT Support Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
- Collaboration in the Service Desk and the global ICT Workplace team
- Supporting employees with questions about hardware, Microsoft 365 and mobile devices
- Recording, prioritising and accompanying faults and service requests until resolution
- Provisioning and configuring computers, smartphones, tablets and peripheral devices
- Supporting entries, exits, workplace changes and hardware renewals
- Reliably maintaining inventory, asset and documentation data
- Participating in global IT projects, for example in rollouts
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training in the IT field, e.g. IT specialist system technology, ICT specialist or equivalent
- Initial support experience is an advantage; motivated career starters are welcome
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
- Enjoyment in contact with people as well as patience, empathy and service orientation
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Teamwork, empathy, intercultural skills
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
