Senior IT Project Manager in Banking (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Management of the company-wide portfolio including recording and classification of new initiatives.
Development of a robust roadmap for ongoing and planned technology projects.
Coordination of financial resources, personnel capacities, milestones, and mutual dependencies.
Leadership of strategic programmes involving specialist departments, service providers, and external stakeholders.
Preparation of decision-making bases for management as well as expansion of standards for project management and governance.
Qualifications:
Advanced vocational training or degree in IT, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
Many years of experience in programme management, project leadership, and cross-departmental coordination.
Confident handling of cost planning, capacity allocation, and progress monitoring.
Broad understanding of technical platforms, enterprise software, cloud solutions, and digital renewal; financial sector advantageous.
Strong analytical skills, moderation strength, personal responsibility, and assertiveness, as well as native-level German and good English skills.
