To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Production Support department, we are looking for a committed Teamleader SPARK (a), 100%. (SPARK = SAP | Business Process Design | Operational Excellence | Administration | KPI & Reporting)
Your responsibilities
- Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of a team in the Manufacturing Support area
- Ensuring efficient and standardised administrative processes within manufacturing
- Responsibility for the optimisation and further development of SAP processes and master data
- Analysis, standardisation, and continuous improvement of business processes in the production environment
- Leading and implementing operational excellence and digitalisation initiatives
- Further development of KPI, reporting, and dashboard solutions to support data-driven decisions
- Close collaboration with production, IT, data analytics, and other relevant interfaces
Support in the automation and digitalisation of existing processes - Ensuring high data quality as well as transparent reporting structures
- Participation in and leadership of cross-departmental projects to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity
Your profile
- Completed studies in business informatics, engineering, natural sciences, digital process management, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in process management, operational excellence, SAP, or digitalisation
- Initial or several years of leadership experience in a line or matrix organisation
- Experience in a production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or life sciences industry
- Very good understanding of business processes and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with SAP as well as reporting and BI solutions is an advantage
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
