Mission
The role involves providing speech therapy support to children and young adolescents presenting with oral and written language disorders as well as communication difficulties. It is part of an individualised care approach aimed at supporting their development, learning, and autonomy. The intervention is carried out with young people presenting notably with specific learning disorders, behavioural disorders, personality disorders, or autism spectrum disorders. The position requires close collaboration with professionals in the multidisciplinary team as well as with parents, within the framework of educational and therapeutic projects tailored to the needs of each young person. Possibility of co-leading therapeutic groups.
Your profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in speech therapy or an equivalent qualification.
- You have significant experience in the field of speech therapy with children and/or adolescents, ideally in psychiatry.
- You are comfortable supporting young people with learning disorders, behavioural issues, or autism spectrum disorders.
- You appreciate working in a multidisciplinary team and know how to collaborate with various professionals as well as families.
- You are autonomous, adaptable to various situations, and possess good stress management skills.
- You demonstrate good analytical skills, rigour, and precision in your practice.
- You are proficient with common computer tools, notably MS Office.
