Aarhus – a place to live, reside and learn. We accompany people with physical and multiple disabilities on their path, support where strengths can be promoted and offer a hand where disabilities make the everyday things of life difficult. At Aarhus, 66 children and young people attend the school (with boarding and day school) and in the adult area, 63 people find a home in 7 residential groups with studio offerings.
For the children and youth department in Gümligen, we are looking for as of 1 August 2026

Tasks
- Individually tailored speech therapy lessons in individual and small group settings
- Inclusion of supported communication (SC)
- Conducting eating therapies
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams (school, therapy, residential area), with relatives and, if necessary, external specialists
Requirements
- EDK-recognised training in speech therapy
- Motivation for working with children and young people with physical and multiple disabilities
- Enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
- Flexibility, teamwork skills and resilience
