IT Functional Analyst – Industrial Applications FR/EN (M/F)

Your main mission will be to analyse user needs, translate them into functional solutions, and support the evolution of applications, in close collaboration with business and technical teams in the field of industrial production applications and processes.

Your responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and formalise user needs to define clear functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into suitable solutions, in collaboration with technical teams.
• Ensure coordination between users, product managers and development teams.
• Participate in the evolution, maintenance and continuous improvement of business applications.
• Prepare and conduct functional tests, support user acceptance testing and contribute to the deployment of updates.
• Participate in application support and resolution of complex incidents, ensuring business continuity.

Your profile

• Higher education in business informatics, computer science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in an industrial environment in functional analysis, Business Analysis or a similar role.
• Excellent ability to gather business needs and translate them into actionable functional specifications.
• Experience in the evolution, implementation or support of complex business applications.
• Good command of functional testing, user acceptance and application support processes.
• Analytical mindset, rigour, autonomy and good communication skills, with an aptitude for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent French, good command of spoken and written English.
• Swiss nationality, valid work permit or European Union citizen.
