To complement our team in Gümligen, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality as
Head of HRM and Personnel Planning (m/f/d) 80%
Your tasks
You take on the operational overall responsibility for the entire personnel area, deployment planning and resource coordination.
You lead the HR department with four employees and further develop the area professionally, organisationally and digitally.
You are the central contact person for management as well as for employees in all personnel, organisational and labour law matters.
Together with your team, you ensure professional payroll for around 200 employees and are responsible for the monthly payroll processing as well as social insurance management.
You are responsible for personnel administration including contract management, entries and exits, changes, time recording and other HR processes.
You ensure efficient, service-oriented personnel and deployment planning with your team.
You conduct interviews, advisory and conflict discussions professionally, solution-oriented and with the necessary tact.
You further develop concepts, regulations and HR projects and actively drive digitalisation and process optimisation in the personnel area.
Your profile
You have a solid education in HR (Federal Specialist Certificate as an HR specialist or equivalent) and have several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable HR function.
You communicate clearly, convincingly and discreetly in German as well as very well in French and bring a strong service orientation.
You work committedly and independently and are open to innovations as well as the further development of existing processes.
