You bring experience in application management and want to actively further develop corporate applications and their technical interfaces? In this role, you manage a central ERP system, support the departments with technical questions, and ensure reliable and secure operation together with the IT team.
In addition to day-to-day business, you contribute to IT and digitalisation projects and take responsibility for their implementation. You combine your knowledge of system integration, databases, and software development with a service-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance, support, and further development of the ERP system as well as connected applications and interfaces
Consulting departments on application-related and technical issues
Supporting the stable operation of the entire IT environment from server to workstation
Participation in IT and digitalisation projects and taking on partial or full project responsibility
Support in hardware and software support as well as analysis of technical faults
Professional deputy for the IT management on selected topics
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in application management, system engineering, or a comparable IT function
Knowledge of APIs, interfaces, system integrations, and data migrations
Good knowledge of software or web development
Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server
Experience in leading or coordinating IT projects
Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style as well as good German skills and a strong service orientation
