Role:
Good IT projects arise where technology and customer proximity come together. This is exactly where you come in as an Intune & Modern Workplace Engineer. You connect modern cloud services around Azure with solid infrastructure and thus significantly advance your customers. Instead of routine, you can expect changing environments, real project responsibility, and regular assignments directly at the customer.
Responsibilities:
You migrate customer environments to hybrid or fully cloud-based platforms and bear the technical responsibility in client and migration projects.
You plan, control, and implement projects in the areas of infrastructure, cloud, security, and modern workplace.
Additionally, you further develop Microsoft 365 (M365), Exchange Online, Teams, and Entra ID including Microsoft’s security components.
With Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, you manage the entire client lifecycle from provisioning to decommissioning.
You maintain Active Directory, Windows Server, and hybrid environments and drive projects related to network, backup, and security forward.
Furthermore, you analyse and document customer infrastructures, accompany onboardings and operational takeovers, and step in for tricky cases in 2nd and 3rd level support.
Qualifications:
You bring solid practical experience as an engineer in the Microsoft environment.
You have deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure, and are also familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid setups.
Additional points for experience with Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Security, Veeam, Sophos, or Fortinet as well as server, storage, and network components.
Ideally, you have already implemented projects for customers in the IT service environment.
You are also experienced in systematically analysing and clearly documenting IT landscapes.
Moreover, you work in an organised and solution-oriented manner, enjoy being on site with customers, and hold a category B driving licence.
