Are you ready to actively help shape the future of the Allschwil municipal administration with its employees? For the HR team we are looking for a committed, customer-oriented and strong leadership personality as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as

Head of Human Resources 70-80%

• You are responsible for the implementation and further development of personnel policy, personnel strategy and personnel processes within the framework of the management's guidelines

• With commitment and foresight, you lead the personnel processes throughout the entire personnel life cycle

• Together with your team, you provide and are responsible for all services of the HR department. These include, in addition to personnel and payroll administration, service-oriented HR business partnering and ensuring vocational training

• With initiatives such as occupational health management and modern employer branding, you shape the image of the municipal administration as an employer

• You bear the budget and internal control system responsibility within the personnel area and its processes and are the contact person for internal and external authorities and offices in the personnel area

• In addition to your strategic and leadership-related tasks, you advise line managers and management as an HR Business Partner on personnel and labour law issues and accompany projects in personnel and organisational development

• You have a completed degree (FH/Uni) with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification with advanced HR training (e.g. HR Manager, MAS Human Resources Management)
• You actively contribute your several years of professional and leadership experience
• In addition to a high level of consulting competence and experience in working with management, you also like to take on projects yourself
• You feel comfortable in organisational development, change and transformation processes and drive these forward
• Your ability for digital process design, your analytical and structured way of working support you in your daily work
